| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Tuesday, 21 Dec 1965, p. 2: "Mrs. Jennie Banks, Negro resident of Roxton, died at home of illness, Monday about 3:30 p.m. Moody & Wortham Funeral Home of Paris, has direction of services. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Mamie Banks, and Mrs. Annabel Sears; seven other descendants in three generations, and a sister, Mrs. Tensie Payton, all of Roxton." A triple stone inscribed Mother Jennie Banks, Daughter Annie B. Banks Sears, and Daughter Mamie Banks. |
