THE PARIS NEWS Wed., Oct. 31, 1990, p.4A. '... 70, Rt. 4, Winnsboro, died at her home Monday, Oct. 29. Services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov., in Gene Roden's Sons, Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Scott. Born in Fannin County daughter of Willie and Jessie Stewart Bell. Married J.B. Ballard in March 1969. He died July 1981. Surviving are a son, Richard Lynn of Winnsboro, a stepson, Michael Ballard of Paris; a stepdaughter Linda Ruth Carmon of Paris; a brother, Wallace Bell of Dallas; a half brother, Billy Bell of Dallas; a stepbrother, Waymon Reid of CA., and a stepmother, Stella Taylor of Dodd City.'
