THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., Jul. 17, 1994, p.6A. 'Clifton Ray Baker, 39, of the Maxey community died Thursday, July 14, 1994, in Grayson County as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, July 18, in the Nixon Cemetery in Maxey. The family will be at the cemetery. Mr. Baker was born Dec. 1, 1954, in Dimmitt, a son of Elmer Leroy and Ima Martha Ariolia Baker. He attended North Lamar schools and was a member of the Baptist church. He had worked as a security guard. He is survived by his mother of Deport; two brothers, Edward Earl Baker of Stanford and Elmer Dean Baker of White City, NM; a sister, Carol White of Maxey; a half-brother, Donald Ray Baker of Denison; a step-son, Michael; four nieces; a nephew; nine great-nieces and nephews; and 15 aunts and uncles.'
