Information about Early Jasper Bailey's son: First Lt. Jasper C. Bailey, killed in action in France, July 15, 1944, was one of five sons, all in overseas service of Early Jasper Bailey and his wife Alva E. Coker Bailey. Jasper was born in Paris in 1911. He was married to the former Miss Dorothy Sutton. At the time of his service he resided in Weslaco. He is buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
