| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., Jan. 5, 1997, p.4B. 'Emma T. Baer, 90, of Roxton died Saturday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center in Paris. Bright-Holland Funeral Home will conduct services at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church of Roxton, with burial in Restland Cemetery at Roxton. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Baer was born Sept. 22, 1906, in Lamar County near Roxton. She was a daughter of Henry and Sally McClure Moore. She married Phil [S.] Baer in 1924. He preceded her in death in October of 1966. She was a homemaker and nanny. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Roxton. Survivors include two sons, Sheridan Baer of Hugo, OK and Bill Baer of Mesquite; a daughter, Lucille Thurman of Irving; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.' |
